“MY transmission went out on my Honda Accord and since I was new to the area I was looking for an reputable shop since it was going to be a warranty repair. I came across G&L and read the reviews since I'm big on reviews. I called George and explained the situation and told him that I would get the car towed to him. He was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable about the warranty process..... the communication was the best part besides the work itself....even the receptionist ( :( sorry don't know her name) but she was aware of the situation as well and was able to help me out when I called. I've found me a new repair shop who is also trustworthy....very satisfied.. thank you George and team!!!!”

“These men did an EXCELLENT job on my Ford escape a few months ago! My air conditioner was blowing warm air, which at the time, it was extremely hot outside. I went to Pep Boys in Orland Park and was quoted a bill of over $1400 to repair my issue. I went to Cool Rite and they repaired my air for $500!!!! I believe I was being lied to at Pep Boys , however, these guys at Cool Rite certainly earned my respect. My air was blowing FREEZING air immediately upon pick up. Only took about 4 hours to do. CERTAINLY recommend! Thanks guys! Your honest, transparent, and professional work is appreciated!”
