Didn’t make me feel like I was talking to your “typical cars salesman” it was so awesome & comfortable. My bank wouldn’t let me take out my full loan and he let me take out as much as the bank would allow and then come back the next day with the rest which I couldn’t of appreciated more. While I came back to pay the rest I ran into a mechanic, Shane who took the time out of his day to take an extra look at my car and make sure everything was okay and in order. I couldn’t explain how appreciated I was & I tried paying him for his time but wouldn’t accept and said he was already getting paid. I had always taken my mercedes to the dealer for service but after years of being overcharged and often them not even fixing the problem, I searched for an independent import service shop and found German Auto. This father and son owned repair shop is simply fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Sam and Sam Jr as well as entire staff. I have had work done here numerous times over the past couple of years and again just a few days ago. Work done to perfection, done same day, and done for less than half of what dealer would charge. Original Review: Hi Junior is amazing. He was able to move his schedule around so he could give me a same day appointment to inspect a used car I was considering purchasing. He only charged $50, which included test drive, computer plug in, putting it on the rack, fluids, belts and hoses, etc. He then showed me everything that was good and what needed work. Very realistic, upfront, and I felt very informed about the true condition of the vehicle. He provided everything in writing which helped negotiations. Great customer service and attitude. “A few weeks ago I purchased a used 2020 Audi S6. For only 2yrs old it was in pretty rough shape with a lot of nasty swirls (The car is black so that didn't help either). I found Eric through Google and he had no problem answering my endless questions I had over the course of a week while I figured all of this out. I finally booked it with him and I'm glad I did!
