“Dr. Holmes was everything every doctor should be. When the surgeon told me to see Dr. Holmes, I got an appointment the same week. He was kind, caring and knowledgeable. He sent me for an MRI and when he received the results, he called me immediately. When I made the second appointment with him, his office called me with an earlier appointment because of a cancellation. He showed me the MRI, gave me the information I needed and answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Holmes volunteered to call the surgeon to advance the surgery schedule.”

Although, I somewhat agree with many comments about rude and worthless employees based on my previous experience, I must commit that my most recent experience was different. Ms. Osman helped me with my case and she exactly knew what needed to be done. She completed whatever needed to be resolve the issue and asked me to expect a call from her supervisor same day or next. I did not receive the call but I checked online and the matter was resolved in next week after my visit. Her supervisor also did his/her part but may not have gotten chance to call me. Ms. Osman was very polite, respectful and helpful. Those are the type of people who makes your day when you are expecting the worst.”
