I absolutely love the variety of workout experiences that instructors provide. Members are friendly and are all very concerned about making it a positive experience and pleasant work out for everyone. There are people who have been members there for years and some that recently joined, which made me feel very comfortable knowing that I am not the only one with no prior experience of this sort. Since starting the program, I have been attending almost every class that was on schedule and feel unsatisfied if for some reason I have to miss the class.
