“Had a safety issue at Abbey Appartments in four lakes with Eagle Management (Steve and Candice) who refused to fix a dangerous electrical problem. Code enforcement told us they would shut down the building if we needed them to but luckily the fire chief was able to help us out and get them to do something at last. 10 months of frustration and worry over a fire hazard that our neglectful apartment managers would not fix and they were able to get it moving in just a few days, at least we think that is why they finally got our fried circuit box replaced. Highly recommend simply because they truly care about our safety and preventing avoidable fires!”

“I go to this location for my physical therapy since March 2023 after my ACL reconstruction. This place is sparkling clean. All therapist are very attentive and my recovery exceeds my and doctors' expectations. I was on my feet 2 weeks after the surgery. I would like to give shout out to Yuri, Daniel, and Leonard for doing fantastic job on my knee. Everyone there is always cheerful, helpful, and very kind, including Bernadette who schedules appointments. Thanks to all of them my recovery is going very smoothly.”

“Lisle station is a commuter railroad station along Metra's BNSF Line in Lisle, Illinois. The station is at 1000 Front Street, 24.4 miles (39.3 km) from Union Station, the east end of the line. As of 2018, Lisle is the 10th busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 1,895 weekday boardings. It is near the Village Hall on Burlington Avenue and the St. Joan of Arc School. Parking for the station is also available near these locations, as well as further east near St. Joseph Creek Road and as far north as Ogden Avenue. Amtrak trains pass through the station but do not stop. Lisle station was originally built by the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad in 1864. A fire destroyed the first railroad depot, but it was rebuilt in 1874 by the CB&Q. Currently, the station has a much more contemporary appearance, and even contains a pedestrian tunnel.”

It has all the amenities I need, including two loading docks, shipping supplies (tape, pallet jacks, dollies etc), an overhead garage door and more. The units are spacious with utilities included and room to expand. But what makes this location truly stand out is the excellent management. The property manager often goes above and beyond for the tenants and greets everyone with a smile. It gives a great vibe to the place, making it somewhere you look forward to working at. I've had few concerns, but the ones I brought to her attention were addressed pretty much immediately. Communication is phenomenal. So I can easily recommend this location to any small business interested in a turn-key warehouse space or small office.”
