Back in December, I had some issues with the brakes (the car is very high mileage) that needed immediate work. After getting a quote for the work needed from another garage, I contacted Phil at Naperville Motors about it. He arranged for the car to be picked up, towed to their garage and his mechanics completed the work for half the price the original garage quoted me. At each stage they sent me up-to-date quotes, photos and videos of all the work being done. The work was completed in a single day and I had my car back on the road. Great work, great service, by a great garage. Couldn't recommend this place more.”

“I bought a car from them 6 months ago and overall the process was mostly painless. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they did a good job answering our questions. Their sales aren't high pressure from what I can tell. The finance office is where they try to sell you add ons which is fine, but I wish they would give you these items earlier on so you can do your research, but the idea is to sell you these on the spot. All the prices are negotiable and I would pass on them all, this is where the sales pitch really came in which was annoying. Gerald also tacks on dealer installed items with all their cars as a separate line items such as door edge protection, wheel locks, VIN etching, and nitrogen tires. These are all high profit for a dealership but have little to no utility for the owner and really cheapen the Gerald experience. It is a straight cash grab with these. The service department seems fine. Their pricing is standard for a dealership. They do everything by appointment. Expect an hour for an oil change with an appointment which seems normal from my experience.”

Not very big and no usb outlets and you are basically in the sales area. It's a very small building, though. They were quick with my car, but they needed to order parts, so I don't know how fast they are to do work on the car.”
