“My initial review of this place was poor, to say the least. I've been bringing my vehicles here since 2009 and had received poor service in the last 6 months or so. Well, Dan at Friendly Ford reached out to me after my review was posted and offered to make things right. My husband brought his car back here to have his 12V power outlets and radio (My Ford Touch) looked at again as well as an oil change and tire rotation. He was greeted nicely and treated well upon arriving. When they realized it would take a couple days to receive a part to repair his radio, Friendly Ford arranged a complimentary rental vehicle to use while his car remained in their shop. We brought the car in on Friday and picked it up the following Monday. All is working as expected and our service adviser JR was very helpful. Dan even followed up with me to make sure we were happy. We feel satisfied with the service received this time around and I will continue bringing my vehicle into this dealership as this is the service I have come to know and appreciate over the years. My recent visit for routine service continues to show service is a priority. First, the place is really clean. No grease outside the working area. The waiting area has comfortable furniture, snacks and is quiet. The service advisors are knowledgeable and don’t try to sell you service that is not needed. “GREAT LONG DISTANCE PURCHASE! I bought a low mileage used Mercedes SUV from Napleton Westmont Porsche in November, 18. It is a beautiful SUV that I got at a great price. They price to move! Although I was hundreds of miles away and not able to see it in person I trusted them that it was in excellent shape. They shipped it to me and it is beautiful! I ended up having a cosmetic issue and a automatic seat issue but Westmont was able to address the problems to my satisfaction. “Had a Great experience here, purchased an almost fully loaded E-350 from 2012, with 80,000 miles on it. My sales person was Luis Ortega. For a used car with that many miles they included an extra 30,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on the car, which I didn't expect to get a warranty on. At an extra cost of course but, being a european car the price for the peace of mind was well worth it. Happy to know I'm covered in the event of anything mechanical happening to the car after purchase. Tires, brake pads and as far as I could tell the rotors where all brand new OEM. The new tires on the car are Goodyear as well. I have pretty bad credit but they where more then willing to help me out. My APR is high but expected no less as this is great way for me to help restore my credit. I read all the bad reviews on here. Not sure where people are getting their negative experience from. If I purchase another Used vehicle after this one, it will probably be from them. Me and my friend who was there with me where also fed dinner once the deal was done, so that was a plus. If your a serious buyer, they are serious sellers.”
