“Wife and I went here for dinner Wednesday evening about 5. I had the vegetarian fajitas and my wife had the fish tacos. We were both full when we left. There were plenty of vegetables in my dish; mushrooms, asparagus, red and yellow peppers, a little tomato; all sautéed perfectly to my taste. The sides were good if typical, but the salsa is excellent. My wife loves fish tacos and these were very much to her liking! By the way, the refried beans tasted homemade, the way they should. I think we will be returning, especially if they have open air seating at some point.”

“Beautiful restaurant. This is exactly what Huntley needed. As everyone knows, Huntley is heavy on comfort food, bars, and restaurants where you order at the counter. It had not been so good for places to take a date, your grandma, the whole family, or go with colleagues after work. Casa Rubi-os helps fill that gap. Sure, they have a full bar. But this isn't a bar. You get service at the table. You can hear the person with whom you're talking. It's also tastefully decorated. Love it.”
