“A while back I thought I smelled gas in the house. I called the nonemergency number and they sent a truck out immediately. The firemen checked every room and assured me that all was in order. In hindsight I realized that a meal I cooked the night before which contained a lot of cumin was responsible for the smell which oddly resembled gas. I apologized for the call but the firemen assured me that it was important to call whenever in doubt.”

“I was invited for one of their events, it was a 70's disco party, and it was an amazing night. There was a band that treated the place like it was an arena, the residents and friends were dressed up and everyone had a great time. I was truly impressed by Steve who hosted the incredible night, he was getting pictures of everyone, dancing and making sure every single person there had the time of their life. Huge kudos to everyone that works there. I was welcomed as I walked through the door and treated with respect all night long. The residents were upbeat and had me dancing til my feet hurt. I can't wait till their next event, I'll be there.”

“Amazing Amazing Amazing, I Have used NIR at 2 facilities I manage, I have nothing but good to say about this company. We had a leak issue, We called another roofing company to come out and resolve the issue,, they charged us in access of $2500 and still we had the issue, after going back and forth with them, we decided to try NIR roof, They came out and within few minutes found the cause of the leak and billed us less than $1000, we were so impressed that we even signed a roof care plan with them. At a another facility I manage, I had NIR roof come out and resolve some leak issues we were also having, this is an older building so there were a number of issues, I must say 99% of the issues have been resolved, John T from NIR has come several times and is working with us to resolve this issue, Great Honest Company, John T is Amazing”
