Cannot say enough good things about the company and the people that work there as was a great experience from start to finish. Worked with David Downs who was one of the best contractors I have worked with - he was always timely and responsive to my emails and questions, visited our home/site while the work was being done to check in and, most important, he was honest about the work that was needed and explained in detail why some small additional work suggested by one other roofing company was NOT necessary and was just an unnecessary added expense. That honesty goes a long way. The crew that did the work was amazing (and friendly) and despite the tremendous mess that removal of the shake roof was, each night when they left, they cleaned up the mess so well that it was like they hadn't even started the project (not kidding, it was impressive). Highly recommend Apex for roofing and David Downs as your point person as great experience and love the roof they installed.”

“I received Randall and Sons information from the village of Bloomingdale. They are on the top of the preferred list and now I see why. My first interaction with Ed was right on point. He demonstrated the kind of professionalism I was looking for in a contractor. I was particularly surprised with the communication that he offered. From the start to finish everything ran according to plan. The crew covered my landscaping, moved my grill, my patio furniture and some solar lights. I noticed Tito taking some pictures beforehand. I asked why he was doing that and he simply responded with " so I know where to put it back when we are finished". Again, this is highly trained crew who pays particular attention to detail. I couldn't be more pleased. In conclusion, I have dealt with many contractors in my lifetime but nothing like this. I'm not much of a review writer, but really needed to express my experience with this company.”
