“The discovery of a full septic on a Sunday afternoon led to an overnight stay in a hotel, but I received a returned phone call within hours of leaving a message on Sunday. I was told 8AM arrival on Monday and the gentleman was there shortly after 7:30AM. He worked SO HARD to make sure that the main line was also cleared. This could've been a plumber's job for another $150 but he didn't want to give up that easily. He was persistent, hard-working, and polite. Make the call to Nature's Environmental Services and you won't need to call anywhere else.”
