“I took my rescue kitten to Companion Animal Hospital in Lake Zurich and could not have had a better experience. Upon my first call to their location they were able to articulate to me the out-of-pocket costs for the procedure so I could be prepared. The day before the procedure they called me to remind me about withholding food and water before surgery. And then they called me back to make sure I understood the cost and to see if I had any questions. When I dropped the kitten off I got such a good vibe from the place that I got her outstanding booster shot done while I was there. While she was under they trimmed her nails at no cost to me. A nice touch. When she was ready I got a call to come get her. At pickup post surgical treatment was explained to me. The next day they called to see how she was doing. I own a pet sitting service and use lots of vets. This was a top notch experience from booking to recovery. Thank You!”

“I arrived and was promptly asked if I needed help. I had time to pick out my glasses before my appointment. Dr. Blank is wonderful in fact my husband just went today and had been working on our brakes and Dr.Blank found a rusty sliver of metal in his eye. He IMMEDIATELY removed it and went right back to the exam as if nothing happened. They took VSP and had no issues and we both are now awaiting our new glasses for a reasonable price !!!!!! ( including a no line progressive prescription,transitions basically the rolls Royce of glasses everything available and two yes I said 2 pairs for right at $700!!!! Well done Pearl vision!!!!”

“Hands down my favorite store. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced in all possible scenarios. Fantastic food. Great prices. I recommend Costco to all my friends and family. I have felt this way since I started shopping here around 2 years ago. But I had to edit my review to include this. I bought a North Face jacket here a couple months ago and now that it's November it's getting very cold (25deg today). The jacket is nice but isn't quite warm enough. Yes, Costco did take it back and refunded me in full, in and out in under 5 mins. I love this store! “This is MY Home Depot (no I'm not an employee). My go-to store when I need just about anything. The store itself is clean bright, well stocked. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to know when you need help and when to leave you alone....I like that. The kitchen design team is top notch (I've done 4 with them). Service desk is always helpful, rental area is great, garden area is great, no complaints. The only negative I would mention is, they should have the 11% off sales like Menards has. Home Depot will match the 11% off, but you have to know to ask the cashier for it. Everyone should get the discount, not just the customers who know they need to ask for it. Keep up the good work LZ HD! ”
