“I bought a beautiful granite table and chairs. However, the cushions on the chairs were barely padded and the fabric was stapled to the seat cushions. I brought it over and spoke with the owner. She brought me in the back where there are endless shelves of fabric and foam. She worked with me on choosing the colors and foam. I was shocked when I came in to pick them up. They were gorgeous and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Civitas for any type of cushions. Very professional, outstanding workmanship and reasonably priced!”

“I took my rescue kitten to Companion Animal Hospital in Lake Zurich and could not have had a better experience. Upon my first call to their location they were able to articulate to me the out-of-pocket costs for the procedure so I could be prepared. The day before the procedure they called me to remind me about withholding food and water before surgery. And then they called me back to make sure I understood the cost and to see if I had any questions. When I dropped the kitten off I got such a good vibe from the place that I got her outstanding booster shot done while I was there. While she was under they trimmed her nails at no cost to me. A nice touch. When she was ready I got a call to come get her. At pickup post surgical treatment was explained to me. The next day they called to see how she was doing. I own a pet sitting service and use lots of vets. This was a top notch experience from booking to recovery. Thank You!”
