“Hands down my favorite store. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced in all possible scenarios. Fantastic food. Great prices. I recommend Costco to all my friends and family. I have felt this way since I started shopping here around 2 years ago. But I had to edit my review to include this. I bought a North Face jacket here a couple months ago and now that it's November it's getting very cold (25deg today). The jacket is nice but isn't quite warm enough. Yes, Costco did take it back and refunded me in full, in and out in under 5 mins. I love this store! Patti B was extremely helpful and I will continue to preach the Costco gospel to friends and family. Thank you!”
