He replied to my comments and took care of the concerns raised by me promptly. It seems old manager and staff that worked at this location has been replaced. The new management is good. If you had bad experience before, you should definitely give this store a try again. Very happy with the response.”

I went to two other stores looking at refrigerators and the Best Buy in Kildeer did a great job with wanting my business. Malcolm was the salesperson and he did a great job at answering all my questions and made me confident that I was making the right decision with my purchase. The delivery guys were awesome!! My condo building has many rules about appliance deliveries and these guys went above and beyond. Also I was consistently communicated via email and text about my order and delivery. “Great, personable company. Communication is always key with any service company and ECO delivers. Erick is very transparent when dealing with network issues with our Control 4 system. He follows up both by phone and email in a timely manner. We have worked with previous Control 4 vendors and they do not even compare! We had a scheduled appointment but had to report to the emergency department for our young child - they were so patient and understanding that they waited for us to return home rather than cancelling our long-awaited appointment. It's rare to find a company that is very family-oriented and flexible! You will not be disappointed!”
