I was in the store for a few hours because it is quite large and lots of great items. I put a pair of boots and a vest on hold and went to Dover to see what they had. My experience over there was not as pleasant! I was very happy to return to saddlers row and make my purchase of my boots. They gained me as an equestrian customer forever! After I broke a critical (for me) part, Dave got it ordered and sent overnight, and Alex had me up and running in about 15 minutes. Alex also pretty much tuned up the entire chair, fixed a wheel that caused the problem in the first place, and adjusted the brakes, seat and back. My chair is better than new!
