He follows up both by phone and email in a timely manner. We have worked with previous Control 4 vendors and they do not even compare! We had a scheduled appointment but had to report to the emergency department for our young child - they were so patient and understanding that they waited for us to return home rather than cancelling our long-awaited appointment.
