“I am really thrilled with the results of our pest control treatment!!! We live near a lake and the mosquitoes have been really horrendous, by 6:00pm I am usually covered in big spray and I have to plug in a fan on the deck just keep them at bay. We decided this year to give the spray treatments a chance, I have to say I am really glad we did- sat out the first night on our deck till 9 pm with no bug spray and didn’t get bit. Thought well, that is the first night, we will see how it goes. I am really happy to say it’s been two weeks and we are still 95% pest free, and in our area, that is saying something!! If you have been skeptical, I get it, but give it a try because it has really made a difference for us!!!! I am looking forward to a bug free back yard for the rest of the summer!! :-D”

My old Deck was completely rotted and needed to be replaced.The deadline was a little shorter than normal but Lotz stepped up to the plate and got the deck done. Brian was very patient with me and my wife on what we needed for a new deck. He used his experience to suggest great ideas for the build and the overall look that we were shooting for. Lotz provided engineered drawings for a good visual idea on what i was getting before they started. Frank and his team performed great quality work and cleaned up after each day they were there. Once they were done with the build, Pro Edge Painting applied a protective stain to the deck which made the cedar come to life.Communication was on point with the Brian and Frank via phone and email from start to finish. “We have known Olga for 16+ years. First my wife learned piano from her. Then our kids go to her to learn piano. We drive 40 minutes each way to learn from her. And we have been doing this weekly for over 5 years Olga has profound knowledge of music. She teaches kids piano skills, in addition she explains the story or the background of the music piece. So our daughters know why they should play the piece. Olga is a great educator, and she is very patient. She understands our kids. My kids simply love her and respect her. She also organizes recitals twice a year for her students. We and our two daughters always enjoy the event. ”

“The company that i work for had a customer that needed emergency service today and unfortunately we were so overbooked that we were not able to service our customer. She had water overflowing out of her basement toilet and flooding her house! I referred them to Drain 911 Plumbing and Sewer. Our customer lived in Long Grove and These guys were right next door. Lets just say that my customer was so happy with them that she called me to tell me just how good they were. She was 85 years old and was not prepared for this type of emergency. It is rare this type of thing happens, however in reflection i am glad they were able to help. In the future i will continue to refer Drain 911 and hope they can make all of customers this happy!
