I can wear them from the minute I get up to the minute I go to sleep and my eyes never hurt and no longer feel "dry" or itchy .....in my case the shape of my eyes made the fitting a little harder and it took longer to achieve than most, but Dr. Levine just kept adjusting and adjusting to get the perfect fit and I can't imagine living with out these now.....it was worth every effort and penny spent.
