The community at every workout is great and the training feels like a "team," even if everyone is doing a different exercise in the circuit. The staff do a phenomenal job of motivating you to go harder but also making sure you know your workout limits and don't push yourself beyond your limit. I signed up for F45 to lose the weight that I gained during quarantine and can happily say F45 helped me achieve my goal. Highly recommended for anyone no matter what your goals are.”
