“Sarah was a huge help to me when I hired her to help lose my baby weight I couldn't seem to drop. She knew how to modify movements to accommodate a leg injury that limits me every now and then. She was the perfect amount of push I needed to make me not only lose the extra weight, but also get to where I felt really strong, which is just as important as losing the pounds.
