“Family Medicine has not only the best Doctors in our area but an amazing supportive staff that go above and beyond. They really do an amazing job at scheduling (even on short notice), calling you back in a timely matter, answering questions, explaining plan information, and just making you feel welcome. My husband, 3 daughters and I have been going here for the last 11 years and have had nothing but great care. We really enjoy the family feel we get here. We have had both of our parents switch to this practice so they feel the Doctor and patient care instead of a number and rushed through their appointments at their other previous practices.It all starts from the moment you walk in. The ladies up front set the tone for this incredible office. “From the moment I called and sp/Taylor until I paid Cheyenne for services, everyone single person at EAH was attentive, efficient and compassionate. Piper was checked-in, history and vitals taken, examined thoroughly, and x-rayed in under 40 minutes! Dr. McCratic was clear and patient in explaining everything and I trusted her immediately and completely...Her vet tech (name?) was also terrific and went through medications step-by-step--she even pre-cut pills so I didn't have to--who does that?!! At home and less than twelve hours after visiting EAH with my hurtin' little Yorkie, Piper is already back to her bouncy self--which is wonderful, but now I gotta try to keep her from being too bouncy while her back gets better; I'll take it!! I recommend EAH without hesitation or reservation. These guys (well, all awesome women yesterday) are simply thee best!”

What I think makes this practice stand out is their diagnostic expertise. Their experience and range of knowledge is simply unmatched. To me, that’s the most important factor. You need to know what you’re dealing with to treat it. I always ask lots of questions and the doctor, nurse practitioners and nursing staff always take their time to answer all of them. The staff here is simply incredible. The front desk and nursing staff are extremely friendly and kind. They are real people and it’s evident that they truly care about their patients’ well-being.
