“The service department is definitely improving after the change in ownership. They went out of their way to accomodate me when my vehicle was having issues and needed service. The only reason for dropping one star off is that they do now have reduced service hours and are not open as early in the morning. For some people an earlier start time would be appreciated.”

“Smaller Dealership that offers that home/personal touch. Recently moved to the area so I brought my SUV in for an oil change. Everyone said Good Morning and was very friendly. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced (only took less than 25 minutes), I wandered into the showroom and had a very enjoyable "Classic Car" conversation with a Salesman. Again, the friendly personal touch. I actually enjoyed bringing my SUV into Reichert for service. Price was good also.”
