Anne called me to ask for clarification of exactly what I wanted bc she wasn't there at the time of dropoff, even asked if I could send her the picture of what I was looking for that I showed the other girls in the morning. We talked about what I was looking for in his haircut, as a double-coated dog can be tricky and she did a GREAT job- as close to exactly what I was hoping for as humanly possible. Charley is always so happy when I pick him up, I can tell he feels good after every visit. As someone who used to be a groomer, I greatly appreciate the professionalism and commitment to clear communication. I only gave five stars because I can't give more!”
