“Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”

“Had a marine starter serviced at Sander recently. Took about a week to replace the drive and lube up the starter. Cost was super reasonable. They were very communicative with me about expectations and costs and timeline. From the looks of the store front they've worked on every kinda of starter, alternator, etc known to man. “Very pleased with the results of my car. Had to take it in to be repaired after someone backed into my car and dented it. Quick estimate didn't keep me there long waiting. Got me in to do the work in a couple of days and had my car finished when they said it would be ready. They did a fantastic job you can't tell anything ever happen to it.
