As a member, we get the privilege of 3 amazing certified trainers, Nikki, Kelly and Sam training us with thoughtfully created workouts each day. And then we have yoga coach Leah to help us stretch it all out every Saturday. Our coaches work together amazingly to make sure we not only target all muscle groups, but also strategically REST them as well. No matter what your fitness level is, you have workouts that can be tailored to you with lots of suggested modifications and support. NUMA is naturally a no judgement zone, and I guarantee you’ll feel supported and fit in from day one!”

“So many great things I could say about this place. I've been a member since February 2020, and I have never regretted joining this gym. I'm incredibly thankful for each coach, member at FF. There's a sense of community when you join. No strangers exist here! All individuals of genders, sizes, ages are welcome and fully encouraged to be the best version of yourself! The coaches are knowledgeable, certified and welcome you with open arms. They will push you to go faster, harder, lift heavier, etc. They will help you modify if needed. They will hold you accountable. Don't forget about nutrition!! They will help you with finding a balanced, healthy lifestyle! Personally, I've gone from being weak to feeling strong, and because of this gym, I was able to run my first Half Marathon. I'm eternally grateful!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!”
