“I worked at PNRC in the past year & very much enjoyed it! The staff are freindly & so caring. It was an awesome bunch of people to work with! The facility has been recently remodeled & updated. It is VERY clean & all of the employees work as a team to make this place the best that it can be! This includes management employees that are not necessarily based at this facility. (Ie: Lonnie😊) Everyone is out on the floor helping. It does NOT smell & is extremely clean. Let's face it ppl, if you have alot of ppl in an enclosed area, you are going to have temporary smell no matter what you do. Even our own homes have that. I have worked in long term care for many years & can absolutely honestly say that i would have no problem with my elderly parents living here when the time comes. I'm very impressed with the care that the residents recieve. The other great thing about this facility is that it is small & the residents do not get "lost in the shuffle" like you would see in a larger home. The Rehab dept is large & very nice for a home of this size also. I definitely want to add that the food is high quality with excellent cooks! Everything is freshly made & tastes great. We always hoped there were leftovers! 😋”

“It's always cleaned, well stocked, and well maintained. The store is large and there are hardly ever any containers to maneuver around compared to some of the stores you go into. Most of the staff is friendly, but there are a few people there who make you feel like you're burdening them with your mere presence or they just do the bare minimum to interact with you, which makes it super uncomfortable. I prefer to use the self-checkout there because it requires the least interaction when there are those staff members. The self-checkout only takes cards anytime I've been there. They are pretty prompt about checking you out so you're not waiting at a register or running around the store looking for someone to ring you out.”
