I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from your company! Adam, my service advisor, was a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly and was so kind. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He even came out when I picked up my vehicle because I thought there were still scratches, but it turned out to be residue from the glue used to put the sensors back in. He cleaned that as well as wiped down any soap spots left behind. Then after I left, I realized I had left my keys in the rental car. Without hesitation, he told me he’d go out and grab them for me and have them ready for me, even offering to bring them out to me whenever I was ready to pick them up. I was very impressed with the overall experience with everyone I spoke with, from the ladies at the front desk to Adam. I will definitely recommend O’Fallon Caliber Collision to anyone I know that needs auto body repairs!

We needed a mirror replaced and we were able to get in quickly and get our vehicle back quickly. We were updated daily on the status of the repair and were very impressed when we got the vehicle back and it had been cleaned inside and out even the tires were shined. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

It took them several weeks to get my car into the shop for the repairs but once they had it, it only took a week to complete the repairs. These guys even detailed my car's interior in addition to external washing and tire shine! Very impressive (service, communication, and repair quality!
