“I have went to Metro East Dermatology a few times over the last few years for different reasons. The overall experience is good. I really like the NP Jackie. I don’t think the PA is as personable as Jackie but I have only seen her once. I have had experiences with some of the front desk people who are really nice and about two that just seem like they don’t want to be at work. Everyone has their days though so maybe this was the case. I’m just really big on positive interactions. I feel like you receive what you give. But again, overall, I am satisfied with the care I get there.”

Today I was served burnt potatoes that were not even warm and even though we left 20 min before they close had to deal with servers talking loudly across the dining room while sweeping all around us & scraping the metal chairs on the floor loudly. I have been a server. I understand it has to be cleaned up. I know it could be done politely, with respect to the customers who are there trying to converse with one another & enjoy their meals. Not to mention willing to pay a great tip for good polite service.”
