“Mom LOVES her home here! She mentions it almost every time I call her. She's very comfortable in this smaller facility and feels safe here. Jen, the Director, is Awesome! She's very responsive; she totally understands our mom's situation and is always open to our recommendations for her care plan. She even offers some effective suggestions of her own. Staff is good. There's 2 or 3 who really look out for Mom and her needs. Covid got in the way of the planned activities for a bit but staff still finds ways to get mom engaged. My sisters and I are thankful that Mom is being cared for and will alert us when something seems out of the ordinary (3 of us 4 are out of state).”

“Dr. Bough is wonderful HOWEVER the office staff if obnoxiously rude and unprofessional. Prior to surgery I left 3 messages for surgical scheduler which were not returned. The medical assistant did not call to advise special medication, that would take 10 days to get, would not be refilled unless we scheduled appointment - the appointment had been scheduled 5 weeks prior and we have been seeing the doctor for 8 months. Truly a poor way to run an office. I would give them a 3 but Dr. Bough is so good I couldn't do that to him.”

I do wish that there was more physical space for professional drivers, hence only four stars, but the staff in the convenience store area was very helpful in resolving an issue in the fuel aisle today regarding another "professional" driver. “Stopped by to grab a few quick items. As usual the folks working the counter had me in and out in no time. Returned to my car to find it was not inclined to leave. My battery had finally thrown in the towel, much to my chagrin. Popped back into the store to see if one of the clerks would be kind enough to lend me a car for a jump. One of the guys threw a jacket on and came right out to pull his truck next to mine. 5 minutes later and I was up and running and off to the autoparts store. Thank goodness for kind folks!”

“I recently moved just outside of Mascoutah and due to my business I frequent the post office a lot. I find it funny that a post office can have such low reviews, but decided to go since they are the 2nd closest post office to me, and they are open normal post office hours. Keep in mind that this is a small town post office and I am going to assume they don't get as much traffic as a bigger post office. On the day I went the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I try my best to support smaller towns when I can, so I'll choose to go back to this one over going to the base post office. 5 stars from me!”
