“The center doesn't have a lot of things that other gyms typically have. They mainly have quite an arrangement of exercise equipment including a large arrangement of weights. They have ellipticals, bikes, and all kinds of machines to get the blood pumping. I was told that they were adding new equipment soon. It works for me for now. Sooo, if you are looking to just exercise without any of the extras, and get away from the crowd, this is the place. See you there!”

“This review is to be hopefully helpful to not only new, current, and future patients but also the office in general too. On the day before your appointment proactively call the office because they will show you no mercy in canceling your appointment if you don't respond to their phone call. For some reason my brain decided not to make this connection. Anyhow just calling proactively solves the issue and makes it so you don't have to worry about missing the phone call from the office and have to wait an additional 2+ months for another appointment. This goes for the office too. I know your process seems simple but I can't recall many offices that operate that if you don't call back the day before then your appointment gets canceled. I think it would be helpful to say "You don't have to wait to get a call from us. Just call us the day before and tell us you'd still like your appointment for the next day." Could save you a lot of work calling each person if your patients proactively call you”

The staff was fast, friendly, and professional (even after we had to reschedule a half hour because we went to the wrong location 🙄). They took us back to the exam room right away and did the usual workup before we saw the nurse practitioner. Gaylin Manion, FNP-C was fantastic. She was very thorough, truly cared about each and every issue that was brought to her attention, and offered legitimate short and long term solutions to those issues...instead of the usual assembly line treatment that so many of us are used to.
