Michelle seemed a bit bashful but was extremely kind and helpful. I had an excellent experience, thank you to all of them for their help. Got my glasses today 3/9 8 days before promised very good. “10:40 in the morning on Sunday I arrived to drop off my tux rental. I did not know they opened up at 11:00. While walking up an employee that was coming into work early to start a shift, grabbed it from me rather than making me wait the 20 minutes. 10/02/2022. I would like to commend his customer service and overall great attitude for doing a nice thing which saved me 20 minutes. I will continue to be a repeat customer. He could have made me wait until the store opened, which I understand but he didn't.”

“This was the second time my husband and I visited this Visionworks in Bolingbrook. Like before the service was exceptional. We were greeted by several employees but the manager is the person that helped us out the most. Sandra was great! She stepped in after we saw the doctor and helped my husband and I pick out some great frames, explained our options for payment, and did it expeditiously.
