The office manager was very helpful, and sweet. I was having a tooth extracted. I came in with pain, they were able to perform the procedure that day, and I left with very little discomfort. There are only a few bad apples that are messing up progress. Everybody does not adequately do their job. That issue needs to be addressed. Poor management in that office. Doctor Burda will change things when she sees her patients are not satisfied. All we need to do is cry out our discontent. She will listen.”
