Kenya the customer service mgr is fantastic, friendly, professional and forthcoming. Great traits for any store to have. Even under pressure when other workers arent helping, she keeps it together. “Every time I call to schedule service appointments and when I'm in the store I get courteous & professional service & treatment. I always feel welcome & recognized & acknowledge when I arrive. I love that they give me a Military Veteran discount most of the time. The only time I've ever had a problem is the 1 time I left my car for service and was dropped off by a worker, it took waaayyy longer than they said it would but gave me a courtesy oil change coupon when I expressed dissatisfaction. Been a customer for a couple of years and only 1 complaint!”

“Wal-Mart Auto Care Center has great prices. My car takes synthetic oil and I change for $44.98. A different place charged me $65 for the same oil change. That's a savings of $20. They open early for those before work appointments. I will not take my car for an oil change anywhere else.”

It is in a senior community. Let's provide for all the large number of dietbetics. I have to go to another restaurant. The new do it yourself computer system is terrible. It is much slower then going to the counter. It was a costly mistake to offer it.”
