“I'm always amused by the comments section for a fast food place. They were fairly quick, several flavors on the soda machine were empty. They made a mistake on a special order, they replaced the sandwich right away and let us keep the extra sandwich. They were friendly and courteous. We will go again. Also, they were really busy.”

It seems like they were very short staffed and as someone that has worked in restaurants, I recognized it and foresaw that my food would take a while longer than usual. But hey, it was made fresh and piping hot. Reading the reviews, I immediately noticed that the customers are ungrateful and likely not polite. The lady that took my order was out of breath, but once I came to the window, smiled and treated her like a human being, she was perfectly kind and pleasant in return. I would say that the problem with this BK is the customers. It's in a mall, in Joliet, need I say more? I will definitely be coming to this location more often. I can't say the same for other BKs in Joliet. I usually visit the one in New Lenox.”
