We weren’t quite sure which carpet to purchase and she recommended one that turned out perfectly! We love our carpet, but honestly it was the outstanding customer service that will make us return to FCA for future flooring needs. Lindsay treated us more like friends/family than just strangers buying carpet. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the whole process. Also worth mentioning is the fact that FCA stands behind their product and installation. We had a minor issue and Jeff took care of it promptly. He was also very competent and professional.
