“This is the first time that I've used Van Dam. The catalytic converter had been stolen from my Hyundai Tucson. Jim took the car in immediately. I asked him to check the brakes and do an oil change in addition to replacing the catalytic converter. He called to tell me that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced but the rear were almost like new. I was surprised when he told me when I could pick the car up. It was less than 24 hours since I dropped it off. I also consider the pricing to be reasonable. I am very happy with the work that they did. I addition to all that, Jim is very personable.
