“We have been seeing Dr. Danaher for years now. We have followed her practice when it has moved because she has been great with our four boys. They all love her! I even started seeing her as my general doctor because of her rapport with my boys, one who is severely Autistic. She is great with him, and he doesn't like to go to the doctor. Her office is kind, caring, and compassionate to our needs. When I bring my autistic child Cole in, I will wait outside in my car until they are ready to see him. I will let them know that we are waiting in the parking lot and they will call me to let me know they are ready for us. He doesn't do well with social distancing, so it my choice to do that and they of course help me. Dr. Danaher sees from newborn up through adults! I highly recommend her practice!!!”

“Biggest problem I had was a insurance problem. They messed up my insurance and tryed charging me 700 dollars for 1 visit. They did correct this so im updating my review. They're helpful, however sometimes it feels like your being talked down too or written off. Plus you can't get in for months at a time. Which means if you have a uti they cant help you and wont try to fit you in. The doctors have a lot of knowledge however and talk everything over with younin office.”

They will greet you while scanning your items and Not just grab your items and start scanning without saying anything. They also say have a nice day upon your departure. This may seem small to some or petty but good customer service Always keeps me coming back. At the beginning of the day or ending of a day is a Great Thing to be Greeted. You never know what a difference it makes. The store was well kept and stocked. Prices have gone up and of course that's Everywhere!! But with the Food Lion MVP card & coupons it helps a lot. As someone who works in the dental field, I closely observed them as my daughters attend the pediatric side for their dental care. I saw what amazing care they provided my daughters and decided to go with them for my orthodontic treatment. Dr Bock has great chair side manner! They are absolutely amazing and very efficient. Every time I go, they get me in and out. I had a few brackets pop off and they took care of me every time without complaints. Everyone there is so friendly. Rosanna is an amazing assistant and always took great care of me! I also had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Shiloh a few times and he was just as awesome. Truly enjoyed my experience with them. I know my daughter will be needing orthodontic care in the future and I know exactly where I will be going!”
