“They were pleasant and their office spaces are very clean and relaxing. They did rule out the the main issue my family is concerned about. They couldn't confirm if the condition existed prior or not to our visit, or were willing to give us or look for us, any alternative sources. Whatever we were currently treating for, we are to continue as prescribed. Any further issues come back. I've have been trying to figure out what is going on since Memorial Day. I was hoping a Dermatologist could provide a more definitive search, although they did feel they ruled one source out by a test and physical search and another issue confirmed by physical exam. They did listen to me explain myself and the issues I've been having. They looked at my pics I brought in of my skin condition. They performed an appropriate test. I feel everywhere I go these days that we are being rushed through and I'm afraid the whole picture may not to be seen. Hopefully nothing was missed and this can go away finally. Overall I recommend them, just go in prepared with what you want to discuss beforehand, pictures if available to discuss, and take notes of your symptoms to bring with you as well as your meds. This all makes your time more informed.”

“Just want to say that I think Masterspa service is fantastic. I have had my spa for 15 months. Yesterday I had a problem I could not resolve with my hot tub. I emailed Master spa about the issue because the service department was closed for the weekend. Monday by mid day, a service technician had already been out and resolved the issue. All was covered under warranty and I am looking forward to a nice dip this evening. I don't know how they could have made things any easier. Thank you Master Spa!”
