“Took my Ultra Limited to Bodigon’s at the recommendation of my local performance shop/tuner that was too busy to get me in before riding season. Emailed about a cam change and they promptly replied. After some discussions about my performance goals, they recommended some additional modifications to compliment my cam choice. They had the parts in stock and had the bike finished in less than a eeek after I dropped it off. They did excellent work at a very good price. I would recommend Bodigon’s HD to anyone for major performance mods to a simple service.”

“Have been dealing with greg for a few months now and he is really taking care of all the mistakes done earlier I would definitely recommend this place now *** update *** I have edited this review to present all the facts I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Greg I told him about the bumper and he took care of it I was also told that other employee was delt with accordingly and this will not happen again only 3 stars as I will see how new bumper holds up and if any other customer service issues arise will update in 6mos Where to begin this place was recomend to by a co worker I called and spoke with Jordan said I had a new truck coming in and I wanted to add some chrome to it I ordered sleeper/ cab panels with lights and visor and a drop bumper I waited 2 mo placed the order when I had conformation when new truck would be at Pete got a call from Jordan saying everything was in come to find out he forgot to order the bumper ( no big deal I allowed for some extra time ) when I got word the bumper was in I sent a friend up there to pick it up when he got there they sent the bumper out on the delivery truck we made arrangements to have them deliver it my friends shop I get to his shop to pick up everything and find out they ordered the wrong sleeper panels when they dropped the bumper off we sent the sleeper panels back they ordered the new ones and shipped them to us I get everything installed on truck it looked great for about a week the lights i ordered had defects from the manufacturer ( not pamperd's fault) called up Jordan said hey need to file a warranty claim said no big deal we got half the lights shipped to Pete they put them on another 2 weeks go by and the rest of the lights went did the same thing all was good in about late October the bumper started rusting I thought not to bad then it got worst I called Jordan to file a warranty claim on it he said he would I waited about a month nothing texted him he said he hasn't heard from valley chrome I waited another month still nothing so I tried leaving multiple messages never heard from him again I called pamperd coach and asked to speak with a manger got him at least answer the phone he said he would look in to it he said that he talked with valley chrome's owner and it would be good here I wait another month and my bumper is still cracked and rusted and only 6mo old and the pamperd coach will not answer the phone or return a text and neither will the valley chrome so 2k in chrome gets you 0 customer service”
