He worked with my schedule, responsive to my emails and had great attitude towards me and any other patients that were in during my scheduled time. Loved the ATI app, did give Paul some feed back (it is not iPad friendly) but over all, simple to use and kept me on pace to complete my treatment. With Covid being here, I felt very safe as the place was SUPER clean, no issues if that is a concern for anyone. Outstanding Job to Paul and if I need to go back, I most certainly would chose ATI on Lima Rd.”

“While I agree with a previous review that Dr. Desai is terrible (she told me that my tonsils were swollen... but I had them removed when I was a child), the other doctors are quite decent. Dr. Tanney is my favorite. He is a very gentle, knowledgeable, kind doctor. He listens to your concerns and thinks over a prognoses before assigning one. He has no reservations about referring you to a specialist if one is warranted. I have been under his care since I was a child and will continue to see him as well as take my family to his practice. In case you were wondering, the facility is decent and clean and typical of a Northshore office. The clinical staff is acceptable as well. Not that I have low expectations, but I figure, as long as they know what they're doing and are good at it (unlike Dr. Desai), I don't need to be impressed with people's level of perky or friendliness or the cutting edge-ness of a waiting room. Bottom line - Dr. Tanney won't let you die... I can attest to this. The office and staff are acceptable. I will continue to visit this practice and hope you will too.”

“I had such a good experience at America’s Best. Everyone who helped me or worked with me was so polite and knowledgeable! I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but Gabby and Bre up front were both notably super personable, organized, and knowledgeable. I was a new patient and I was in and out in under an hour (I needed glasses and contacts too, and they were still this fast!). This store is also doing a great job managing COVID safety precautions, and I can tell they have gone through great lengths to ensure these guidelines and precautions don’t feel too burdensome on their patients. I will certainly be back next year!”
