“Our car needed a lot of “under the hood” repair with mostly front-end damage from the undercarriage up…including the radiator and air conditioning unit. So much more than body repair. The exchange between Gerber and our insurance company was flawlessly handled; NO hassles on our part. And, with parts in short supply/on back-order during the CoVid, Tori kept in close contact; updating the status of the work. Ultimately, Tori acquired a rental car for us and then the manager (?) exchanged the rental for our car when the work was successfully completed (a 2 hr trip since we live an hour away). The teamwork, professionalism and courteous customer care and the desire to repair the vehicle back to perfect working order (which obviously the guys in the garage are super at) are obvious strengths for this Gerber Collision team. “Came in here on a Thursday night just a few minutes before closing. They told me it was going to take around 15 minutes to change all 4 tires on my car. I also had a truck there at the same time - since I planned to drop off the car. I was so impressed with the price and service that I decided to change all 4 tires on the truck the same night. They had me done in around 30 minutes for both vehicles. I’m used to waiting forever for tire changes and was happy to take care of things so quickly. There also helped check my tire pressure monitors and quoted a very good price to replace the two that have gone out. I’ll be returning to take care of those. The truck needs an alignment. Though they don’t do alignments, they provided me with a coupon to get it taken care of. I believe the service includes free tire rotations, balances, and road hazard for the life of the tires.”
