“We have had good service and good food on each of my visits. We take customers and suppliers to eat here when they visit our facility. The environment is relaxing and not noisy during the lunch hour. A comfortable and quiet environment makes conversations a bit easier. The food selection is enough that everyone should be able to find something that they like. I've not heard anybody in our groups complain about their food or even mention something that they don't like. I've enjoyed everything that I have had at Upland. The service is quick and a server seems to always be helpful. There are good views of the river and the railroad tracks. The outside seating is very nice and peaceful. I think it's one of the best restaurants in Columbus.”

“Tonight on this particular visit I stopped in and got two unsweet teas, one with a peach shot I highly recommend. The service is always fast and friendly and I have never had any bad experiences here. That's important cause I can't say that about every restaurant. Would have also got something to eat, love the Turkey Jalapeno Crunch sandwich and potato salad but we had already eaten and just wanted some of their tea which is good anytime. “Very well like my very first visit to any of Freddy's restaurants. I got the Freddy's Original Double, Fries, and a Sweet Tea. The food was hot and fresh. I got both the Regular Fry Sauce and the Jalapeno Fry Sauce. Both were good. I also got a Hawaiian Delight Concrete with Vanilla Custard, pineapple, strawberry, coconut, macadamia nuts, whipped cream, and a cherry. That was also very good. The service was very good and the facility was clean. They had a nice, special young man that took care of the tables and everything.”
