“We reserved a car yesterday. At pick up this morning there were no available cars. We waited an hour and a half..The employees were very apologetic. They figured it out and we are on the road. My suggestion for BUDGET is to have back up vehicles available so this doesnt happen. Obviously the employees cannot control the reservation after a certain point. Unfortunate that renters do not follow through on their end.”
