“We’ve lived here for 5 years and have never visited any local restaurants because of bad recommendations. Well, this place must be getting a bad rap, The decor was fun and vibrant. The service was amazing and the food was much better than the “other”. Mexican restaurant 10 miles away. I had the Enrique Sampler and my husband had the fajita quesadilla. Both meals were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back here.”

“We purchased White Oak flooring and could not be more pleased. Kevin was extremely helpful with my endless list of questions. Everyone that has seen our floors remark on their beauty. We installed them ourselves ( although my husband is a retired carpenter). Even stairs were easy. Shipping and delivery went without a hitch. Our floors look as gorgeous today as when they were installed over four years ago. Cannot say enough good things about this quality business. We would definitely go with Pennington Hardwoods again.”

“Every interaction I’ve had with an employee of the department has been professional and kind. Once I was even stuck on the side of the road in the middle of the night with a flat tire. I didn’t know how to change a tire at the time and an officer had seen my car pulled over and stopped to ask if I was okay. He changed my tire for me and was so helpful. I don’t know what I would have done without him, wish I had gotten his name.”

“My husband and I stayed here Sept 28-30,2022 for his birthday. Room was spacious for the 2 of us (we booked a 2 queen bed room). Room was clean and was stocked with a fridge and microwave and coffee essentials. Shower had adequate water pressure and was easy to operate, unlike some hotels. Room had adequate lighting - there was a lamp by the beds and a lamp on the table. The TV looks to be like at least a 32 inch if not bigger. Only con was the first night around 1150p the smoke alarm decided to go off and wake us up. We were told It was the whole hotel that went off- hopefully it won't go off again. The front desk clerk does inform you, when you check in, that the room is non smoking and will be charged if it has been smoked in. Fortunately my husband and I are non smokers so that's never an issue. I visited the breakfast area before checking out. They had hot breakfast that included scrambled eggs, bacon, gravy. They had a waffle station and a separate coffee station. There was also a full bar in the breakfast area. For $80/night, we thought it was a great value.”

“As someone with basic auto repair knowledge, this is THE only place I trust for my auto repair needs. I recommend them to anyone with car trouble. I've taken my truck there a couple times and the tech honestly told me that I didn't need brake service or a transmission flush despite hitting high miles. Hell, they even jumped a dying battery for me for free last minute because it took less than a few minutes to do it. I lived in an apartment at the time and wasn't in the mood to do my own service without my shop equipment - i went to the dealership for a recall service and they acted like my brakes were terrible and suggested a million other things to do. When I bought a house and finally had a chance to look at own brakes in a garage I confirmed that my brake pads and lines were still in great shape. I've trusted A&J to do some work on my alternator and rear differential fluids and will continue to trust them to other work. I praise them as much as I can to my friends and hope to be a lifelong customer.”
