We have were able to have more done with our total budget using Mid American, vs other companies, where our entire Budget was just siding.

With Mid American, we were able to do new siding, window sills redone, new door, new gutters, and new steps.. Everyone else took all our budget just in siding alone, some wouldn't even tackle our minimum job requirements of siding,windows and gutters.

Here are just a few pictures of our project, some are in process in these photos. Our neighbors and local town people can't stop telling us how great the house looks. It truly is like a new home.

We were in sore need of a new roof for our very old house. We had been unhappy with the other estimates we had gotten. They were very high and they did not seem like very professional salesman. Their talking points were very gimmicky and one kept us sitting for three hours. Jerome came and gave us a very good deal and explained what he would be doing and quoted a very good price. He even climbed onto our roof to get a good look at it which no one else had and was able to see how bad the roof was. He was able to put us ahead of his schedule and get us in a little bit more quickly due to the damage on our roof. Jerome went above-and-beyond when he came out on a Sunday while the work was in progress when we thought we had a leak. He showed up and looked but could not find where the water was coming from but that was Above & Beyond. We were very happy with the crew who did a good job and worked quickly. I would greatly recommend Jerome and his company for any home repair job big or small! They all were the utmost professionals during every interaction. The communication between myself and Jerome was excellent during the entire project, he made me feel like I was his only customer! A huge improvement over the two other companies I had bid for my hail damage and a few interior improvements.
