“After waiting over a year for my last two appliances to be delivered, Mr. Tim showed up at my door with my dishwasher. What an amazing people person he is! He called (and arrived) approximately 30 minutes before my delivery window which allowed me to add additional things to my schedule for the day. He handled my dishwasher and cabinetry with care all while chatting with me about random things. His customer service skills were above and beyond my expectations! I made it a point to let him know how much he was appreciated and in return, informed of how much he liked being appreciated. There aren’t enough people in the world like him. Van’s should be proud to have them as a representative of their company!!!”
