“Customer service at its finest. My children loved the kiddie car! We were met at the door by a salesperson who gave us a tour and made a packet (with notes) of my favorites. After a half hour or so, we were offered cookies and cold beverages, which completely made my son's day. We haven't purchased anything yet, but we will be back!”

“Yesterday trying to get price adjustments on Wednesday receipt was a huge misunderstanding. Usually easy process. Guy had me go buy all items AGAIN. Then scanned them , then re added them each with discount. Wanted to give me discount money back. I wanted full refund. Now home I remember the new generation does everything the new but longer, harder way. Now I understand he was using 1st receipt to get discount. Then was going to use new receipt to do the rest of refund. He created alot more work for both of us than was needed. But he did try to get me my refund, just in a longer way than I had than others have done before. I could not understand his method while there, but now I might. Manager came and fixed , the way I've always had people do. Sorry I didn't get the new method he tried .”

“I have never had a negative experience here! It is fantastic if you're looking for home style, the only little whiny complaint I have... they do NOT serve grits! Perplexing to me, given that everything about the place, screams... we should have grits! On a more positive note, the chocolate cake is amazing!!!! That's just a personal preference not shared by a lot of people. I will say that the service is amazing and it'll leave you wondering if your grandmother is in the back doing the cooking, that only applies if your grandmother is a wonderful cook. GO! It's good!”

“I returned to buy my second nearly-new vehicle from these folks - 2019 Fusion. I upgraded from car I purchased from Skillman two years prior. My salesman, Johnny, took really good care of me again and had two cars waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Stephanie in loan processing was very quick and responsive to my questions and took time over the phone to browse through the internet inventory. Skillman is a trustworthy name in my book and I will continue returning (until I can't drive anymore). The Skillman family has also been very generous in the community with funding school projects and many other worthy causes. The only slight criticism I have is the somewhat aggressive sales pitches from the guy who finalized my loan. He argued with me over my declining to purchase GAP insurance from him, and I was already tired (from long day at work) and just wanting to sign and leave. This will not stop me from returning, but they need to train this individual better of the meaning of "no."”

“I went in for a routine appointment and Dr. Neal noticed a freckle on my check and ask if I was open to him inquiring about it. Long story short Dr. Neal thought it could be melanoma and was adamant that I get it checked although my physician said it was nothing, and Dr. Neal made me promise to do so soon and to call him with the results. Dr Neal was correct and the dermatologist told me three time that my dentist saved my life. Yorktown Family Dentistry really cares about their patients.”
