Amazing customer service!
I have NPT as our provider at work and another provider at home.. I wish NPT serviced my home area, I would switch in a heart beat!
It's just nice to have an internet provider that has a local person answer their phone and not sit on hold for an hour to speak with a call center in another country, it's nice having rapid responses in the rare instance of problems.
In a world that seems to have forgotten how to provide great customer service its refreshing to have this small local phone/internet provider that still earns your business.

Where we get our WiFi always frendly and helpful staff and Wi-Fi is always running and never slow no issues ever.

Everything from slow to high speed internet, they have whatever service fits your lifestyle or business. On the cable side they have everything fro basic to hd programming. So whether you need a little television or alot they have you covered. They also have done a great job of not giving you 200 channels you will never watch
