“Celiac friendly. I told the young man that I had Celiac and couldn’t eat gluten. He immediately removed his gloves, washed his hands and put on fresh gloves. He told me what I could eat, and when I chose my foods, he gave me everything out of fresh, unopened bins with clean spoons. He could not have been more kind or knowledgeable about gluten. Everything was delicious and I had no side effects. Highly recommend!”

“We just purchased an ice cream cake from them. They did a fantastic job! I ordered over the phone, I was able to easily describe what I wanted, a football themed cake, and they went above and beyond with the decoration. I also was able to pick up in the drive thru bc I had a sleeping baby, which they were very accommodating. 2 people greeted me and said hello while I was waiting. Everyone I encountered at the window seemed happy and in good spirits. I should also mention that the cake was ready an entire day early. I am very happy with how the cake turned out but I forgot to take a picture! Please take the time to check them out especially during construction!”

“We stopped at Sahm's after our annual Santa Claus visit to Twin Lake's Golf Club. The variety and quality of their menu is fantastic. They offered an additional menu today which was simply "brunch". Brunch is served only on Saturday and Sunday during lunchtime meals. As can be expected from Sahm's the food was delicious, full portions of great food. I would recommend this location anytime.”

“$$. This is a well-managed pizza restaurant with fantastic food and excellent service. Their salads, breadsticks and pizza are fantastic. Their deep dish Sicilian is one of my very favorites! I really love the root beer and orange soda on tap and self-service soda fountain machine. It can get busy at times, but the line moves very quickly and is well worth the wait. It's a large restaurant that that's perfect for a date, and it can accommodate parties of 30 easily too.”

“Amazing place to grab some hot, delicious pizza and an ice cold draft beer. I created my own pizza for pick up and had a beer while I waited. I went around 3pm on a Thursday. It wasn’t busy at all and the staff treated me very nicely. My pizza was made to perfection. The price is reasonable and worth it. The inside of the restaurant is very clean, spacious, and cool for a Noble Romans. I’ll definitely be coming back sooner than later.”

“Get the toast! Sourdough tasted like something straight out of a bakery. The potatoes are a beautiful mix of regular, blue, and sweet potato. They aren't seasoned, just lightly salted. But that's what makes them great-- you can taste the flavor difference and the texture is spot on. The bacon was cooked perfectly-- crispy but not burnt and full of flavor. Biscuits taste like homemade, gravy is nicely seasoned and flavored with sausage grease just like it should be. Granola is homemade with no cinnamon, which gives it a buttery almost sugar cookie flavor. Pancakes are actual buttermilk, but seemed to be flavored with vanilla making it a bit similar to cake batter style. They offer lattes which was a nice touch to the coffee service. Also, they serve Coke products if you're wondering. If I were to suggest a few things to improve, I'd recommend getting a better egg supplier-- regular eggs are okay but taste watery compared to the higher quality stuff. And I'd like to see better coffee so it moves past standard cafe coffee. Definitely would go again.”

“My husband had the Big Ugly and I had the Not So Ugly burger! First, the service was excellent! We were seated right away! Our drinks were refilled with out question! Onto the food: our burgers were better than I had expected! Our burgers were made to order, juicy, and had excellent flavor! I also had the sweet potato waffle fries with marshmallow sauce......oh holy yum! That was amazing! No need for dessert! That took care of it! “Had dinner for the first time here last night, and was very pleasantly surprised by this excellent restaurant. Interior was very modern,(with a piano performer as well), and the table I was seated at neat and clean. My server explained the menu fully and answered all of my questions. Food was brought out hot and in a reasonable time. The 8 oz Fillet was cooked perfectly, although the potato strings garnished on top did not suit my personal taste. The Yukon mashed potatoes with horseradish complemented the steak perfectly.”

“Everything I ever order at this place is delicious. Whenever I visit Indiana, this is the family go-to after I land or on the way to the airport. The corn cakes were a nice mix of healthy deliciousness and Indiana nostalgia, the coffee is always good and the omelets are unique and well-made. The only drawback is that it's a little pricey for me and the crowd feels a little bourgeoise. But the staff doesn't give me that feeling and I guess that sort of thing often comes with the territory.”
